    1. Select “Create Account” from the sign-in screen or Account Menu in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
    2. Enter your email address and create a unique password.
    3. Click the “Create Account” button.
    4. Once logged in to your online PPSRX account, select “Add a Patient” from left navigation menu or icon on the bottom of your Dashboard.
    5. If you have previously filled a prescription with PPSRX, or at any of The Kroger Family of Pharmacies, follow the instructions to “Add Online Prescription Management.” If you are a new patient, follow the steps to “Request New Patient.”

In order to set up an Online Prescription Management profile, you will need a prescription number with PPSRX or The Kroger Family of Pharmacies.

Your prescription number is located on your prescription label. Although the location will vary by pharmacy, prescription numbers are usually preceded by the letters “Rx.” Your prescription number is also printed on the receipt you received with your prescription.

You can gain access to prescriptions for children and other adults in your group using information from one of their PPSRX or The Kroger Family of Pharmacies prescription labels, their name and date of birth. Simply select “Add a Patient” from left navigation menu or icon on the bottom of your Dashboard, then follow the instructions to “Add Online Prescription Management.”

To add an adult to your online PPSRX account, you’ll need a current prescription number as well as the adult’s name, date of birth and email address. Each patient is required to have their own online PPSRX account. When you submit a request to add an adult patient to your account, an email will be sent to the individual requesting permission for you to access their prescription. Once the individual approves access, you’ll be able to manage their prescription from your profile. To set up a new adult on your account, simply click on the “Add Online Prescription Management” link from the Patient Profile screen, or “Add a Patient” under “My Prescriptions.”

To add a child to your online PPSRX account, you’ll need a current prescription number, as well as the child’s name and date of birth. To set up a child on your account, simply click on the “Add a Patient” link in the left-hand navigation and follow the steps to “Request a New Patient.”

Yes, you can manage your children’s prescriptions without having filled any personal prescriptions. To add a child to your online PPSRX account, you’ll need a current prescription number, as well as the child’s name and date of birth. To set up a child on your account, simply click on the “Add a Patient” link in the left-hand navigation and follow the steps to “Request a New Patient.”

Once a child turns 18, parents or guardians will no longer have access to that individual’s records. At this time, the new adult can create and manage their own online PPSRX account. If you still need access to your adult child’s prescriptions, you can submit a request through the “Add Online Prescription Management” link from the Patient Profile screen. When you submit a request to add an adult patient to your account, an email will be sent to the individual requesting permission for you to access their prescription. Once the individual approves access, you’ll be able to manage their prescription from your profile.

Each adult is required to have their own, individual online PPSRX account and associated email address.
