- Select “Create Account” from the sign-in screen or Account Menu in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
- Enter your email address and verify it via the code in your email.
- Enter a unique password and click the “Create Account” button.
Having an online PPSRX account makes managing your prescriptions easier than ever! With an online account, you can order refills, review receipts and manage prescriptions for yourself and others, from anywhere you have an internet connection.

Because PPSRX is part of The Kroger Family of Pharmacies*, you may receive this message if you’ve already created an account with one of the websites associated with our Family of Stores. If this is the case, please sign in using the password from the site where you originally registered.
If you have an online PPSRX account but can’t remember your password, select “Forgot My Password” and enter your email address. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
If you have not previously created an account with us and are having trouble registering, please contact Patient Support at 800–552–6694 so we can assist you. Patient Support hours are Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-6 p.m. PST, and Saturday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. PST.
