Access our prescription readers and translation services.
Prescription readers are available to visually impaired patients upon request. For more information or to obtain a prescription reader, please contact Patient Support at 800-552-6694 and speak with a representative for additional help. Patient Support hours are Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-6 p.m. PST, and Saturday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. PST.
Oral interpretation and translation services, including translated prescription labels, are available upon request in over 14 languages for patients who speak another language.
