Registering on our site enables you to order prescription
refills, transfers, request new prescriptions, check order
status and review prescription history.
When you order prescriptions, you provide us with a
limited amount of personal information. The information is
necessary to process your order (and to check for
interactions between your prescriptions and your health
history). Once entered, this information will be securely
stored, and can only be accessed by you and authorized PPS
To manage your PPS online account information you would
select from the MY ACCOUNT area. All of your healthcare
and online shopping information is updateable anytime you
To change your personal information entered during
registration, you may do so by going to MY ACCOUNT and
clicking on the appropriate links. To check the status of
your Pharmacy Orders, click MY ACCOUNT from any page and
then click Order History or Shipping Status.
Orders will be marked shipped by the order number. You can
order refills with a single click from a list of your
prescriptions when you select Refill listed under Order
Account Settings (billing, shipping, email, etc.)
To edit your account information:
To Change Your E-mail and Sign
Click MY ACCOUNT on any Page, then click on the
appropriate action you wish to edit. You will be prompted
to log in if you have not already.
Make your changes under the following headings by
clicking the appropriate Edit link:
Click Submit when the information is correct.
My Sign In Information
Once you are logged in, go to MY ACCOUNT and select My
Sign in Info.
Click Change Sign in information and Edit Personal
